Must Watch: Ace of Cakes

I am so intrigued by Ace of Cakes on the Food Network. It showcases culinary skill, creativity and the use of innovative materials and tools by master pastry chef, Duff Goldman, who owns a quaint little bakery in Baltimore called Charm City Cakes.

His cakes are absolutely gorgeous. I can only imagine how they look (and taste) in person!
